Custom Kits

From seasonal promotions to point-of-purchase counter displays, we can assemble multiple SKU’s into a single kit. Your custom kits and graphic packaging will be expertly managed to boost sales during seasonal surges. Define your desired specs and leave the rest to us.

Storage & Inventory Mgmt

With over 20,000 square feet of warehouse space, we can store your corrugate materials, finished goods and completed displays on site – fulfilling orders and managing inventory. Your retail-ready product can be shipped directly to stores via LTL or if preferred – back to your facilities.

Our Process

DESIGN & PROCURE
We can work with your material manufacturers or assist with sourcing display material. You provide design approval and specifications for your displays and we will ensure end-product build is compatible.
Receiving & Storage
You send us your display cardboard material and finished product(s) to be included in displays or kits. Long-term storage is available for both.
ASSEMBLY & QA
Trained teams assemble per your design specifications.
QA checks, GMP’s and Food Safety principles are implemented throughout the assembly process.
Inventory Management
We manage all inventory (display material, finished goods and completed displays) throughout the process. Customers have real time visibility via integrated WMS.
DISTRIBUTION
SafeScan will distribute your retail-ready displays and kits directly to stores or transport large quantities back to your facility.
