Ian Reagan
Managing Partner
Ian Reagan is a co-founder and Managing Partner of SafeScan. He directly manages the day-to-day business operations of the company and is the Sales Lead for both new and existing opportunities.
With a background in project management, he is focused on inspection protocol development and working directly with customers to ensure project specific needs are met.
Ian oversees the following functions:
•Business Operations – Finance & Accounting, Supplier Management, IT Support and Technology (including x-ray equipment)
•Revenue Management & Sales– Pricing and Contracts, Business Development
•Customer Engagement – Business Development, Customer & Project Management, Marketing
Ryan Matthews
Vice President of Operations and Quality Assurance
Ryan Matthews is the VP of Operations/Quality Assurance and a partner at SafeScan. His specific area of focus within SafeScan is Inspection Operations, which he oversees and manages. In his role, he is directly involved with each Inspection – ensuring expectations are met.
Ryan manages all Food Safety and Quality programs and is active in recruiting, hiring and training new employees. He works with customers, ensuring inspection protocols are followed to meet specific project needs.
Ryan oversees the following functions:
•Operations Management – Inventory Control, Equipment Management/Maintenance, Warehouse Logistics
•Food Safety – HACCP, Polices & Procedures, Regulatory Compliance,
•Quality Control – Inspection Reporting, SOP Compliance, Training
