After detection via X-ray, our team will inspect your product by hand to recover any contaminants. Contaminants will be analyzed and compiled into the Inspection Report to better help you understand your contamination problem.

All clean product is shipped back to your plant – or end distribution facility. Detailed Inspection Reports and Contamination findings will give you all the information needed to resolve your foreign material product hold.

Scheduling and Receiving
After initial evaluation and development of custom inspection plan, schedule your appointment and ship product. If necessary, SafeScan offers freight transportation at competitive market rates.
Product Inspection
Upon receipt of product, it will be inspected for foreign material contaminants based on your custom inspection plan. This takes place in a temperature controlled environment to ensure product integrity is maintained.
Contaminant Analysis & Distribution
After inspection, we will provide a comprehensive report and retrieve any contaminants from your product. Product will be distributed to your end destination – all with a same-day turnaround!
Additional Services
Contract and Display Assembly
Assembly and co-packing services for a variety of Point-of-Purchase (POP) displays and promotional marketing items including: Full Pallet Displays, Tiered Displays and End Caps.
Re-Work
Our team has the equipment, space and expertise to assist with a variety of re-work projects including relabeling, repacking and restacking pallets
Kitting
Combination SKU kitting services that package your items into a single ready-to-ship units. This can include seasonal/promotional kits or multi-pack items.
Ownership and Quality Control
Our facility is FDA and USDA registered. With a temperature controlled inspection room and operations conducted under HACCP principles, customers can trust that when they engage with SafeScan, their product and brand is treated as our own.
