About Us
Founded in 2024, SafeScan provides third-party X-ray reinspection services with a single focus: our customers. From day one, we’ve been committed to delivering accurate, reliable inspections that save time, reduce costs, and protect product integrity. As a small business we are flexible and adaptive – no project is too big or small. We invest in technology, people and processes, continuously improving our service to deliver the best outcome for all of our customers.
Why SafeScan?
Foreign material contamination can be costly – significantly impacting your production and workforce. If not properly identified, FMC can lead to recalls and an even longer-lasting impact. Resolving foreign material contamination with a third party can result in a faster turnaround and allow customers to focus labor on production. By identifying and removing contaminated product, SafeScan salvages clean product – helping remove product holds and saving both money and time.
SafeScan offers a confidential, highly specialized inspection solution based on customer requirements. Contaminants range in type (glass, metal, plastic, rubber) and size. Based on the project, SafeScan develops a corresponding inspection protocol to find and remove contaminated product. These inspections take place off-site, allowing for production to continue uninterrupted.

FSQA protocols are implemented through the entire operation. We work in partnership with our customers, to ensure the proper controls are in place for their product. SafeScan takes ownership throughout the process and customers can trust that when they engage with us, their product and brand is treated as our own.
Our state-of-the-art, temperature controlled inspection room- ensures the proper working environment for each inspection. Each employee is HACCP certified, and receives continuous training on all Standard Operating Procedures. Customers have trust working with a partner like SafeScan with proper GMP’s and FSQA controls in place.
